I like to cook. I fancy myself a pretty decent seamstress. I enjoy making things with my hands. I know stuff and things about science. I have framed pieces of paper on the wall that say so. I am now equipped with a sewing machine, stacks of fabric, a box of wire, more kitchen gadgets than I know what to do with, and molecular gastronomy chemicals and have been left to run rampant This shall be interesting...

Lesson learned :
Take wire of post every once and a while to keep the knit loose on the rod
